In the Preferences window you can set different options of Parquetex. On the left side of the preferences window you can select a preference group. On the right side you can view and change the preferences of the specified group. To open the preferences window use the File > Preferences… menu item.
Show Tool Tips – Show the Tool Tips.
Enable Keyboard Shortcuts – Use the keyboard shortcuts.
Image Interpolation – Available options:
1. High Quality – Use very high quality image interpolation algorithm, which is slower than all other image interpolation modes, but produces higher quality output.
2. Medium Quality – Use high/medium quality image interpolation algorithm, which is slower than low quality, but produces higher quality output.
3. Low Quality – Use Bilinear image interpolation algorithm, which is faster than High/Medium Quality modes, produces lower quality output.
4. Nearest Neighbor – Use nearest-neighbor image interpolation, which provides performance benefits over Low Quality mode when the software rasterizer is used.
Antialiasing – Use to improve rendering performance by specifying that a geometry should be rendered with aliased / antialiased edges.
Disable Hardware Acceleration (GPU) – By default Parquetex uses Hardware acceleration (GPU) to render its content.
In most cases rendering using Hardware (HW) acceleration is much more performant than rendering using Software (SW). In some small cases SW rendering may be faster (e.g. low end graphics card sometimes found in Notebooks).
On this panel you can set custom colors and the look of the background checker pattern displayed behind Content.
On this panel you can set the file format by default and TIFF compression.
